Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking WindNest holiday home at Maza iela 3, Liepāja, Latvia, LV-3416.

1. Booking and Payment

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. The guest confirms acceptance of these Terms by completing the booking process.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

3. Occupancy

The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the booking platform used. Guests who book directly receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may not be refunded.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. The deposit will be returned within 3 business days after check-out, provided no damage to the property has occurred.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the property and its contents with care.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
Pets are allowed only with prior written agreement.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.

7. Liability

The owner is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
